Yago works with each client on a personal level, beginning with a consultation and physical assessment. He then creates a customized fitness program tailored to their personal goals and capabilities. Programs and sessions are monitored and adjusted continuously to progress a client and navigate through injuries and life's challenges. Workouts are based in classic strength & conditioning protocols with a value on bodyweight resistance and full body alignment and integration. Warmup and cool downs include functional mobility and dynamic and static flexibility to produce an ideal flow and allow for a thorough effective workout.
